The whole place has a run down feel with demotivated, curt, unfriendly yet aggressive staff. They reserve the right to cancel appointments without notice, and it is apparently normal procedure to keep people waiting for long periods without explanation. This definitely not a health provider for people who expect professionalism and compassion.

The staff was friendly enough. They didn't go out of their way to welcome me though. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
