I found Dr. Reiner thru a cancer patient who HIGHLY recommended him. When I went to my apt everyone I talked to in his staff were very professional & also very kind. when I met the dr. he was also very caring & kind, not pushy & demanding. My apt was absolutely great.
I was scared because I had been with my old Dr for 22 years, but he died suddenly & there I was, starting over. I am so thankful there are still doctors like my last doctor, Dr reiner is a very special person & believe me there are not many like him left.. So thankful to have him in my life & on my team.. I paid the bill promptly using my credit card. A month later I receive a bill from what appears to be a collection agency. This agency demanded I pay immediately with my credit card and threatened court action. I called the Pahrump office and they did not know what happened and do not know what they are doing and stated they will call back and never have. I spent two days on the phone. I went to the bank and got a cashier's check as I do not trust them with my bank account number and at post office a certified signed receipt for $7.00. I had to cancel my credit card. I had to contact all my accounts with the new credit card number. This is a gross waste of time due to their incompetence and ineptness. I should be reimbursed and receive a small settlement for all this. I would love to sue. He should be closed down and fined. The bank teller had a similar experience. I will never conduct business with this doctor again and do not recommend.
