Some people like doctors that will just give them drugs without questioning them, but Dr. Kirakosyan actually cares about your health. She's thorough & straight to the point. She doesn't like to over-medicate, which I think is a fantastic and unique characteristic to find in doctors these days. Love her!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need.

NEW patient and they were not helpful at all. It seemed as though they dont even have a medical assistant. Front desk person was on baggie jeans and sweater?!! She was friendly however doctors kept on interupting her plus calls, patients, front desk work and walking in patients. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I waited about fourty minutes after my scheduled appointment. Doctor even asked how much i weight and what was my weight.. Hello?? i could of totally lied about my weight. Exam room was not clean and trash was full as well. Doctor didnt even introduced herself and not even a hello. Maybe Im use to my other previous doctors that paid attention and asked how I was feeling and welcome and MA's were friendly and they actually check your tempature and or pressure.Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I showed up on time for my appointment and they had one patient on the waiting room and i still waited. I didnt like that they dont have a bathroom inside, you need to go all the way downstairs with your peeing cup and back to the office with the cup and cross through the patients on the waiting room. No privacy on incoming calls and hate the fact that if you cancel the second time within 24 or 48 hours not calling there will be a charge on your next visit. Hated the fact that doctor was in a hurry and i felt i was pressured in flying out of there.
