There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question.

They performed cholesterol tests and a general blood workup just because of my age of 39, even though I was just there because a case of the flu. They were not willing to treat me for the flu unless I agreed to the general blood tests. Basically they padded the bill with unnecessary tests to turn a buck.

NOT HAPPY. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
