The doctor himself is fine overall. The staff (especially Angela ) over there are unprofessional and horrible, they disrespect patients and if you mention to the doctor you get absolutely retaliation. They treat patient like trash and always team up to purposely make difficulties for you until you give up that office. There is no way that you can reach the doctor directly. The office never assist you with any type of service they obligated to as a provider. Don't go to this doctor's office otherwise you will be in hell as I was. They don't have that great of a professional reputation. They definitely aren't known for being experts. The waiting time is always long and more than an hour, sometimes 2 hours. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I wish I could have switched to another doctor a few years ago but I guess I have been lazy for myself and put it up somehow and also because I only go to see doctor a couple of times per year. It's not that easy to change your primary doctor when you are a HMO insurer. If the office is continuing being unprofessional I suggest to give them sanction.
