Dealing with this doctor and his office has been a nightmare. His receptionists are rude and unhelpful. After seeing the Dr. for a potentially serious condition, I had a very frightening reaction from a prescribed medication. I called the office to speak with him, explained the situation and was told, "So what. He's not here, what do you want me to do about it?" For my follow up appointment and after a lot of tests, I was told there was actually nothing wrong, but atypical cells, but not to be worried about, have a follow up test in 3 months. Fine. After only writing me one month worth of a prescription for my birth control, I had to call the Dr again and was told that after reviewing my file, I should actually have a procedure to eliminate my atypical cells. This obviously confused me after I was told everything was fine and he wouldn't recommend any other treatments. Then, he failed to call in my prescription, resulting in another call and more excuses. Don't waste your time. The convenient Greenpoint location does not make it worth the run around...
