Felt like doctor talked too fast when she was prescribing me medications I was to take prior to surgery. The surgery never got scheduled as there was confusion over whether they were an in network ambulatory surgery center. When they said they would perform the diagnostic procedure in the office, they did not clearly tell me that the office would bill as an ambulatory surgery center when they performed that particular procedure in the office. Another patient told me that the office was moving to a new location and they were really obviously making patient come for normal results so they could bill your insurance for another appointment. Billing specialist was not helpful when I came into the office in the middle of the day to
inquire about my insurance covering procedure. They make you sign a form saying they can collect a 10% fee if you cancel your procedure less than 2 weeks from surgery date. When I asked for the usual and customary charge for the diagnostic procedure they said they couldn't tell me an amount. The NP in the office is nice.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
