They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
