They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
