Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion.
