They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
