Dr. Gray's appointment schedule is arranged to meet the needs of working people. He is extremely knowledgeable and one of the finest physicians I have ever worked with. He always knows who I am, what my history is, and at each visit, he takes a great deal of time to understand my problems and work toward resolving them. His insight and diagnostic skills have truly amazed me. Rather than just looking at my kidneys, he looks at me holistically and has diagnosed and resolved problems that have plagued me for years but have never been diagnosed by other doctors. In particular, his laboratory tests are very thorough and he takes the time to explain them to me and tell me why each one of them is necessary and significant to the process of improving and maintaining my health. I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Gray. He has responded to my calls even after office hours, and always shows that he is a caring, concerned, respectful, and responsive person. I never feel that he talks down to me and I always leave his office feeling like he cares about the quality of my life. He is truly a great physician.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
