The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
I stopped using this clinic and followed one of doctors when he went on his own. I had a lot of trouble with the first doc I ever saw here, she left. I did visit for some testing and doc visits before I made the full switch to the doctor that moved on from here, Babkes, but after years of being cordial, and going through the motions for insurance purposes, get meds, when I asked him for do a retest, because of weakening new pain, he became obnoxious. So I'm going back here to see Benjamin.
To me this place is a roll of the dice. It depends on how you like your front office, kind of in your face working with calls and loud communication about work, but nice as robots when you ask them questions.

So years of circling the Howard a County neuro drain has led me back to my 2nd clinic. Now I will start all over. I suppose outside of a general family doctor, that's how it is. Specialist tire of patients when there is no cure, they've made their DX and it stands, done and done.
I've been all the way to Hopkins, where there is no personality. But the answers are clear and concise, and reasons given for steps taken. These "less that's" not so much all the time.
Overall dr Benjamin will do fine, ratings are tough, because disease level, location and status are personal to the patient. No one is trying to kill anyone and the patient needs to be educated to make sure that's not happening. I give 1.5 bananas to my write up.
