See other Dr. Sternick review. Basically, I was told I was paid in full, paying the cash price (which was still more than the originally quoted price for the tests of $300-$500). Without my consent they billed my insurance and received payment from them. Then they came after me for additional moneys. In the end, the final amount they wanted was 2 to 3 times what I was originally quoted. When I called to clear up the issues, they assured me they would destroy my credit or get their money.
