They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.
I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care?
Most of the staff were wonderful and I felt that they really 'got' what a holistic approach to care means.
