They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Was scheduled for a 1pm appointment and never seen until 2:45 and then he only saw me for all of 10 minutes and was of no help at all.
Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
