I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and acted as though I was overreacting, especially after waiting for over an hour to be seen. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. All he did was read an MRI that a previous doctor had already given me the results to. Not only did they not offer a remedy for my condition, I had to go somewhere else to get help. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.
