I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Been going to this practice and Dr. shapiro since my 1st of 3 were born my oldest is now 11. I drive a far distance to go here because of the level of care my children get.
