Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them.
