The staff was rude. I was kind of disappointed at how little he seemed to listen to my concerns and observations. They only gave me the most basic information. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. They didn't tell me anything about my son's treatment options. I left feeling belittled. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping my son.
