It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them, however there are usually very few people in the waiting room and the wait time is very short, so I felt the exposure risk was minimal.
