It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health and security. The office is easy to access and when I called for directions, they gave me great directions. The Doctor answered all of my questions about immunizations and treatment and gave meinformation that I wasn't aware of. They have really great customer service here. I have only had a few contacts with the Doctor and his office, but it has all been very positive and politely presented. I am very impressed so far!

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
