As soon as I said I wanted to get a second opinion, they got very upset, which made me very suspicious. It seemed odd that they wouldn't want anyone else to be a part of my child's treatment. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.
