They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I'm in the military, but I paid extra to visit Dr. Leopold with my infant daughter. He was amazing. I don't visit doctors based on the free magazines in the lobby, but on the level of care provided. He was outstanding, I wish he lived in Texas now like I do so we could use him again.

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I was somewhat disappointed with how much they really knew about immunizations. They were able to give me a little information, but not much. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
