I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared.
