They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. it was easy to locate. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Dr. Bean is excellent it is his staff that set the presidence and it is not a very good one. If it weren't for Dr. Bean I would of left a long time ago. He is by far one of the greatest doc's I have been to.

My family chose Dr. Bean as our pediatrician when pregnant with our first. She is now seven and our son is five. Dr. Bean and his colleagues make us feel like family. He is so accessible, friendly, down to earth and MELLOW!! I love how he helps everyone relax and feel good about our parenting style while also giving us great information about our kids. Except for the shots he gives, our kids adore him! He is also a terrific role model for our children. We always ask for early morning appts because the office can run a little behind- the reason for this is because all of the doctors truly spend a good amount of time with the family! THey make you feel like you are the only ones in the office - I will go with long appointments to get this kind of dynamic attention. Dr. Bean is terrific.
