I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They are nice but a little overbooked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
