I loved how convenient their parking was. I found a nice spot in the shade within a matter of minutes. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They explained my treatment's risks and benefits in detail and made sure I understood everything. I appreciated that they took the time to make sure I was well informed. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
