They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.
