Thank you, Dr. Teibel and Tracy for visiting The Legacy and providing such excellent podiatry care for my senior Mom.

We appreciate the foot care tips and modifications to Mom's shoes which, as of this morning, no longer prevent her from activities. She is relieved of pain and can now participate more fully within her senior care community.

They need to treat their staff with more respect. . It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. In fact they accused my previous doctors of lying. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.
