They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.
He gave me a fake write up to get out of a deposit I made on a vacation!!
Got my whole $10,000 back.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
