They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They really make an effort to get to know their patients. Every time I go, they address me by name, and we can always pick up right where we left off at the last appointment. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

They're always on time for my appointments. I know I can always count on them to be there when they say they will be. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm so happy with how my appointment went. They far exceeded my expectations. They were able to address all of my questions and concerns in detail, and made sure they communicated with me clearly. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At
