Dr. Butler made sure every single question I had was answered, in fact, it was the single most important medical appointment that I have had. She was available if I think of any more questions I want answered, but I wrote down my questions so I wouldn't forget anything. Their staff was friendly enough, especially since they were so busy. Receptionist was very nice. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and extremely hopeful about the future. I do not like having to drive downtown, and generally will not do so to see a physician. In this case, I am glad that I followed a coworker's recommendation to see Dr. Butler.

I am a difficult patient - I have severe symptoms and advanced disease processes. Dr. Butler is aggressive in her approaches to treatment, and is not afraid to try new things. She listens to my opinions and ideas and we work as a team to solve my problems. She explains things to me in a way that I can understand them.
