They were one of the best rheumatologists I've ever seen. I was very impressed with their level of knowledge and skill. I was impressed with the equipment they were using. It looked very current and safe. I loved how easy it was to get an appointment with them. I didn't have to wait long. They thoroughly explained my medication to me and went over dosage, scheduling, and side effects before I started taking it. I felt a lot more comfortable knowing what I was taking. They didn't have the best parking, but it wasn't the worst either. I eventually found a spot.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I had an emergency recently, and was so glad when they took my call right away. It was so nice knowing I could count on them to be available when I needed them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
