Dr. Omarbasha barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. He didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again.

Dr. Omarbasha told me I ask too many questions and that I'm not a doctor. When he goes out of town, NO ONE can check lab results for urinary tract infections, so I couldn't get treatment for testing positive for an e-coli infection, which led to several urinary tract infections. He told me that I had bladder cancer, yet he didn't take out any of the bladder wall to see if the 'cancer' was invasive ( a tiny lesion of ca. 1mm by 3mm). Before Omarbasha's surgery on me, he came running into the room where I waiting, shouting, "Where's your chart! Where's your chart?" Surgery scares me and then I really was scared! I should have walked out. I had the pathology slides sent to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY and had to have the surgery done again (because he hadn't taken any of the bladder wall). So, Dr. Robert Mayer at Strong Memorial Hospital told me I had a "non-invasive lesion, not likely to spread" not really considered cancer. My husband and I had a lot of heartache about my supposedly having cancer. I go back to Strong periodically to be checked.
I would not recommend anyone going to see Dr. Omarbasha. His MD is from Univer of Damascus. Also, the Oneida Medical Center he works out of has a VERY bad record, I found out later.
