The staff was brutal...

First they provided me with a referral which I discovered to have an incorrect code, thereby voiding the referral.

I have called the office three times already and spoke with the staff to obtain a correct referral. Each time, I was told someone would get back to me --> but that has yet to happen.

Obviously there is a blatant disregard for patient service there.
