I took my 4 year old daughter here after 9+ months of frequent urination problems. We were recommended by her pediatrician to see an urologist. The office staff here was fine, I had no problems with any of the nurses. The doctor listened briefly to our lengthy story and then decided that she likely has behavioral issues. At that point, he stopped listening to me and told me his recommendations. He does not treat 4 year olds for frequent urination unless there is a congenital problem. He will not treat her until she is 5 or 6. During the appointment, my daughter expressed many times that she needed to go potty, he ignored her. Then, he tried to talk directly to her and she would have nothing to do with him. His recommendations were not helpful and he was a terrible listener. He probably would be fine for adults, but I would never recommend anyone to take a child to him.
