Dr has great knowledge but after visiting the office with my wife and speaking spanish , they indicate the wont receive me no more, very frustrating because they wont give me no explanation of why, didnt feel welcome no more

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I really liked how convenient their parking was at their office. I was able to find a spot very quickly. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
