Every time I try to get a question answered over the phone, they make me schedule an appointment. It's so frustrating having to drive down there all the time just to get a question answered. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Every time I tried to give them any of my input or tell them any of my concerns, they just interrupted me. They obviously didn't want to hear what I had to say.
