Did not get in to see the doctor. I accommodated the office with changing my appointment time, was caught in traffic due to a house fire near Patterson primary school, was 10 minutes late and the receptionist said I'm too late to get in, to reschedule. Upon my expression of being baffled by her complete disregard for circumstances (another office worker stated "why didn't you call us"- ok, Ill call while driving to get here on time), the doctor was willing to take me in, if I waited until another opening that day, still cold disregard by her staff. Unacceptable, my business will go elsewhere.
