Dr. John C. Foley completed his undergraduate at the University of Notre Dame in Indianan with honors. He was then accepted at the Northwestern University School of Medicine where he completed his medical degree.
Training
Dr. Foley completed an ophthalmology internship at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He then accomplished residencies at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill, as well as at the Minneapolis Veteran Center.
