They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. If I was just going to rate them on their friendliness towards me, it wouldn't be too high. They were polite enough, but I wasn't really impressed.
They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
