Sent to this bozo as an IME in a civil suit. He took $26,000 to say that 4 different doctors, 3 from Stanford, were wrong and that I had no eye problems despite having double vision and corneal astigmathism. His equipment used on me was in the era of a 1955 chevy. So much for using technology that he advertises.

His "examination" consisted of 2 1/2 hrs of interrogation, followed by 15 minutes of looking at my eyes. Perhaps working for insurance company as a highly paid whore is more profitable than treating patients.

He insisted on tape recording the "examination", but refused to record the entire interview. Instead he insisted on only recording the parts he wanted. So much for honestly. Additionally he informed my attorney that he had no right to be present during the "examination". Clearly "Dr." Rabin needs a review of legal procedure.

I would not let this man treat a pet, much less a human.

He is a hack available to the highest bidder. Avoid him at all costs.
