I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying. I wasn't overly impressed by their eye equipment here. It looked like it hadn't been updated in a really long time. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
