I am most pleased by the fact that all the staff especially the doctor know my name and who I am. The Dr Sanjiv Lakhanpal, even after my procedure during the followups, checked in with me and remembered my long commute to Loudon Country for work. I am just not a face or a co-pay, the patient-doctor relationship seems to really matter. That is what keeps you coming back if needed.
