I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

If you are wanting someone to be your friend, don't go to Dr. Rice. He is the absolute best, but he does not mince words. He removed my esophagus five years ago, and was very concerned and made me feel like he was looking out for my best interests.

Dr Rice was arrogant and condescending. He discussed personal medical information in a computer room where 4 other people were listeneing. I was so humiliated. He truely has a 'God' complex and would not recommend him!
