After months of seeing Dr. Pfalz repeatedly for carpel tunnel and tendonitis, I had a tendon release surgery done by Dr. Pfalz. To begin, I now have a horrible black scar where he marked the incision site before the surgery. The surgery was not only unsuccessful, but poorly performed. I am in worse pain than before and have spent the last half year seeing other specialists on how to fix whatever damage he caused. He did not even mention the effect on my nerve, which is now damaged due to muscle atrophy in the area when I saw him for a follow-up after my surgery. I tried to discuss the matters with him but was dismissed and treated VERY poorly by his staff, who insisted that they sent records to the new hospitals I was seeing, when the hospitals insisted that they never received them. Therefore, I was left waiting for my records. They attempted to charge me for sending them to other physicians, while I was assured by my other doctors that no charges apply when faxing physician to physician. They were very rude and very unsympathetic. I was never recommended to see a physical therapist by Dr. Pfalz prior to or after the surgery. After I was given multiple cortizone shots before going into surgery, my tendon and surrounding tissue became so weak that my tendon now pops out of its location constantly and pulls from my thumb down my forearm. Finally, throughout the process I had both tendonitis and carpel tunnel, but the carpel tunnel was completely ignored. I would DEFINITELY stay away from this office! He has cost me thousands extra in follow-up treatment, indescribable pain that continues to worsen, has refused further treatment, and the problem is STILL not resolved. Besides the kind and caring blond receptionist, his staff was rude and condescending. Once again, save yourself the immense trouble and go somewhere else. You won't regret your decision, but I am living with mine to trust his.

Dr. Pfalz provided wonderful care . He is the best doctor I have ever visited . He isn't just a doctor - he's a PHD doctor ! I think , out of all the doctors I've ever visited , he was the best . I highly recommend him for his wonderful bedside manner and easy , relatable manner . He was kind and polite .
