This is a review of th office not Dr. Bonanni.
I started the process of scheduling a bariatric surgery with Institute for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery in September 2013 and had a battery of tests, blood work and appointments. One of the requirements was to see their physiologist by the name of Dr. xxx. I went to see her on 11/5/2013. She corresponded with a therapist I had seen a few months back. After 2 weeks of back and forth letters to my therapist I was told she determined I needed 12 months of additional therapy with a physiologist and therapist in order to pass their physiological evaluation. At no time did I receive a correspondence from them indicating their requirements. So in the mean time I was told to schedule the EGD procedure. I never would have scheduled the procedure had I known about the requirement from Dr.xxx. The Institute for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery has admitted to their mistake that they never sent me the letter. Now I owe over $500.00 for a procedure that I never would have scheduled.
