I noticed their diplomas and credentials hanging on the wall as soon as I walked in. It immediately made me even more confident that I was seeing someone who was qualified. Their staff was very compassionate and respectful. They made my entire experience even better. I love that I can count on them to work with me. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

I HAD DR. ROSSI FOR MY GALLBLADDER REMOVAL ON OCT.11,2008. I RESPECT HIS JUDGEMENT AND KNOWLEDGE IN WHAT HE DOES. I WAS LUCK TO HAVE SUCH A GREAT SURGEON AS DR. ROSSI IS. HE TREAT YOU WITH THE UPMOST RESPECTED HE GUIDE YOU THROUGH EACH PROCESS OF YOU MEDICAL TREATMENT OR DIAGNOSE. I FEEL HE IS THE BEST THAT CHARLESTON,WV AREA HAS WITH DEAL IN SURGEON. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS.HIS STAFF IS GREAT TO DEAL WITH ANYTIME OF THE DAY YOU NEED ANYTHING THEY ARE MORE WILLING TO DO IT.IN CONCLUSION IF YOU ARE LOOK FOR AN GREAT SURGEON AND A GREAT STAFF YOU NEED TO LOOK NO FARTHER YOU FOUND YOU ONE IN DR. ROSSI.
