I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will recommend them to everyone I know. They were very knowledgeable, and made all the difference in my recovery. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

This doctor did not listen to me. He did not believe the pain I was in. He did laparoscopic surgery on my shoulder because I had a positive MRI and he thought we should just "take a look.' I did not improve at all after surgery and he said I needed to see a neck doctor. He did not provide me with names of neck surgeons, just said ask your insurance company. He did not work with me at all see me through my problem. He acted like he did not want to be bothered with me.
